You either love him or you hate him, but he's clearly a great entertainer and performer. I'm not really an overly big fan of Kanye to be honest, sometimes i love him but the majority of his stuff i tend to find is pretty average. Having said that, scrolling through the internet this morning looking for good stuff, i saw the combination of Kanye West and Bon Iver and had to give it a listen. He's taken Bon Iver's 'Woods' and turned it into one of his things and it's actually not too bad... i could definitely see it popping up again soon...
Kanye along with releasing his new album 'My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy' also made some 30 minute movie called 'Runaway' which i haven't had a chance to look at yet. I've heard from a lot of people that it isn't really worth looking at but regardless i'll check it out and get back to you. Here it is though if you want it:
